Guildford born, and having gone to school at Bellfields and George Abbot, Howard now has two young children at school in the town. My father ran a small business in Stoughton, and at one time several launderettes across the borough. He has campaigned on better social housing being built and the facilities to encourage more bike travel around Guildford.

Howard received our best number of votes for a Labour candidate in candidate since 1979 when he ran for Parliament in 2017.
