Joseph Dewar is the Labour Candidate for Guildford South East in the Surrey County Council elections this May.

He has lived in Guildford for over 12 years, working for the majority of them as a lecturer at Guildford college. Alongside teaching, he is currently serving as Equalities Officer for the local Labour Party. Passionate about reversing the decline of high streets across the county and strengthening social bonds, Joseph is keen to get started on rebuilding our jobs & communities.
