Labour offers hope to the people of Guildford

Guildford's four delegates to the Labour Party Conference at Brighton heard an inspirational vision for the future.

Jeremy Corbyn, John McDonnell, Angela Rayner and Guildford's Emily Thornberry were amongst those who delivered substantial keynote speeches offering a positive alternative to the coalition of chaos currently presided over by Theresa May.

A vibrant fringe saw shadow cabinet members join experts to discuss the most pressing contemporary issues, from climate change, to the fourth industrialisation and the challenges of Brexit.

Guildford Labour Party's delegates will report back to members of the constituency party at October's All Members' Meeting.
